MEMOS High-Q MEMS Resonator for High Performance OScillators Objective of this project is to investigate the potentiality of MEMS resonators as alternative to quartz crystal resonators in mechanical oscillators in the frequency range from 10 MHz to 500 MHz. ESA
MEMTOS Widely Tunable MEMS LC Tank Wideband OScillators The objectives of this activity are to design, manufacture and test a MEMS LC tank for X-band voltage controlled oscillators, featuring a wide tuneability while maintaining a stable high Q-factor. ESA
