“Planar broadband Input COmpact Multiplexers for multibeam 20/30GHz applications“

The project called PICOM ‘Planar broadband Input COmpact Multiplexers for multibeam 20/30GHz applications’ is related to the ARTES ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY ITT AO/1-10213/20/NL/CLP (5C.407) ‘Compact Ka-band planar broadband input multiplexers for multibeam 20GHz/30GHz applications’.

OBJECTIVES

The objective of project PICOM is to develop new concepts for compact broadband input multiplexers based on planar technologies at two Ka-band frequency bands (20 GHz and 30 GHz) for on-board multibeam payload applications.

Engineering Models of four-channel multiplexers at 20GHz and 30GHz will be manufactured and experimentally verified to fully validate the new concepts.
