NANOMAT: Flexible RF nanoelectronics for SatCom antennas

NANOMAT: a new project  on flexible RF nanoelectronics for  SatCom antennas

European project for the development of innovative flexible power RF nanoelectronics for SatCom antennas and radar applications (HORIZON-CL4-2022-RESILIENCE-01-10; Project n° 101091433).

Objectives

NANOMAT objective is the development of innovative flexible power RF nanoelectronics for SatCom antennas and radar applications (#HORIZON-CL4-2022-RESILIENCE-01-10).

About the project

NANOMAT proposes a new domain of “Flexible power RF nanoelectronics”, an innovative heterogeneous technological platform comprising material and fabrication novelties in carbon-based electronics and thermoelectric, wide band gap semiconductor based MMICs, RF MEMS and acoustic sensors.

RF Microtech will use this technology to build two demonstrators, namely:

  • a flexible electronic scanning antenna for satellite applications
  • a fully monolithic flexible power RF transceiver for next generation avionic radars.
