RF Microtech has realized an innovative and high-performance ultra-wide band filter for H3G Spa and MiSE (Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico of Italy). The custom device has been developed for the wireless network at EXPO2015 in Milan and it has been installed on middle of May. It is a low-loss bandpass filter from 80 MHz up to 6 GHz and includes five high-rejection (40 – 60 dB) notched bands at all telephone mobile communication frequencies below 2.5 GHz. The device is used to allow the coexistence of telephone mobile communications and wireless network control antennas in the same area.
