Paolo Vallerotonda, R&D Engineer (Ph.D.), representing RF Microtech, will showcase the company’s latest innovation:
“Substrate‑Embedded Ka‑Band Input Filter for Satellite Multibeam Payloads”
This technical paper presents results from the SEFIL project, highlighting the design and implementation of a compact Ka‑band input filter embedded in substrate, tailored specifically for satellite multibeam payloads.
Session and Schedule
The paper will be presented during the EuMC technical programme:

Roberto Sorrentino Prize:
For the fifth year, we’ll contribute with Linda Di Carlo Sorrentino, EuMA and SIEm to sponsor the Roberto Sorrentino prize for brilliant engineers, now in its fifth edition, that it will be awarded during the EuMW 2025 Opening Session.
We are very proud of it and we believe this is a meaningful way to remember our beloved Prof. and mentor Roberto Sorrentino, to whom the prize is named after. Besides having been our Company’s founder, he’s been one of the founders of the European Microwave Association (EuMA, owner of the European Microwave Week) and its first President.
LOCATION:
Jaarbeurs Convention Centre, Jaarbeursplein 6, 3521 AL Utrecht.
